By using The Drop you agree to these terms. We may update them with notice.
Creators are solely responsible for food safety and allergen compliance, including UK Natasha's Law (Food Information (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2019) and all applicable food hygiene legislation. The allergen tags in The Drop exist to help Creators display information to buyers — they do not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance. Creators must verify and maintain accurate allergen information independently.
Creators may not sell: illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, tobacco or vaping products to minors, or any item prohibited by applicable law. Violation results in immediate account suspension. The Drop reserves the right to suspend any account at our discretion where prohibited goods or services are listed or where we reasonably suspect misuse.
Plans are billed in advance. Cancellation stops future charges; no refunds for partial periods. Trial is 14 days — no card required until upgrade.
Public drop pages remain accessible to buyers regardless of Creator subscription status. A lapsed subscription restricts Creator dashboard features only.
The Drop is a software platform only. We are not party to transactions between Creators and Buyers and accept no liability for product quality, delivery, or disputes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
