For Creators: email address, business information, and payment data (via Stripe). For Buyers: name and phone number, collected at order time only.
Buyer phone numbers are visible only to the Creator they ordered from. We never share or sell buyer phone numbers to third parties, use them for marketing, or make them visible to other Creators. They are stored securely and used solely to fulfil orders placed on that Creator's drops.
Creator accounts and associated data are retained until deletion is requested. Buyers can request deletion of their order data by contacting the Creator directly or emailing privacy@thedrop.app.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Creators can delete all their data from Settings. Contact privacy@thedrop.app for any requests.
We use essential session cookies for Creator authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Stripe processes Creator subscription payments. Buyer payments are handled directly between Buyers and Creators — The Drop does not process Buyer payment data.
